In the app: Me → Delete account. Your account, conversations and story progress are deleted at once and cannot be restored.

If you can’t use the app, email support@hyperitycorp.com from the address you signed up with and say "delete my account". If you signed up with a mobile number, include that number. We delete it once we have checked it is yours.

On deleting your account all hearts left disappear, free and bought alike. The deletion screen shows how many are left, and you can delete only after agreeing to that. A purchase made within 7 days of payment can still be withdrawn first, before deleting (see Refunds below).

What you did without signing up is deleted 90 days after your last use. To have it deleted sooner, tell us at the email above.

Records the law makes us keep (such as purchase records) are kept for their set period, pseudonymised so they can’t be tied to you without other information. The Privacy Policy has the details. Privacy Policy

Within 7 days of payment you can get back the paid hearts you haven’t used. For hearts bought on the App Store, ask through Apple’s refund process — and if Apple doesn’t refund, tell us at the email above. For hearts bought on Google Play, email us the order number. Report an inappropriate AI reply right in the app (long-press a message in the chat → "Report") or tell us at the email above. We check every report and act on it.

This app is for people 18 or older. Sign-up asks whether you are 18 or older, and you cannot sign up otherwise. Conversations and pictures stay at heart-fluttering romance, with no nudity or depiction of sex.

The characters’ dialogue and pictures are made by generative AI. All characters and stories are fictional.
