1. Principle
- Dokidoki Officetel is a character chat service that members 18 or older may join. All of its content is heart-fluttering romance with no nudity or depiction of sex, and it offers nothing harmful to minors.
- The app is offered at the stores' age ratings (App Store: 18+; Google Play: 12+ (Korea, a Google Play rating) — use is for people 18 or older).
2. Measures
- The level of the conversation is limited and managed on the Company’s servers.
- Minor or school-student (elementary, middle or high school) settings, and requests for them, are refused in conversation.
- An inappropriate AI reply can be reported right in the app (long-press a message in the chat → "Report"), and the Company acts as soon as it has checked it.
